This may be my favorite variation of yogurt bark ever! Who doesn’t love chocolate and strawberries swirled in yummy yogurt and frozen to perfection! My kids go nuts over this easy and healthy snack.

If your kids are like mine they are ALWAYS hungry. Some days it’s all I can do to keep them filled up with healthy, nutritious food. This high protein snack will keep kids full in-between meals! It’s like ice cream but way healthier, but shhhh your kids don’t need to know that! So grab your favorite yogurt, some fruit and a few chocolate chips to make the yummiest frozen treat ever.

  • 32 oz yogurt (I used vanilla but use your favorite flavor!)
  • 1-2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Ingredients

  • 32 oz container vanilla yogurt
  • 1-2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the yogurt in an even layer on the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle sliced strawberries and mini chocolate chips all over the top of the yogurt. (as much or a little as you like)
  • Freeze for 3-4 hours until frozen solid. Remove from the freezer and cut or break the frozen yogurt bark into smaller pieces. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer.
