This may be my favorite variation of yogurt bark ever! Who doesn’t love chocolate and strawberries swirled in yummy yogurt and frozen to perfection! My kids go nuts over this easy and healthy snack.
If your kids are like mine they are ALWAYS hungry. Some days it’s all I can do to keep them filled up with healthy, nutritious food. This high protein snack will keep kids full in-between meals! It’s like ice cream but way healthier, but shhhh your kids don’t need to know that! So grab your favorite yogurt, some fruit and a few chocolate chips to make the yummiest frozen treat ever.
Ingredients
- 32 oz yogurt (I used vanilla but use your favorite flavor!)
- 1-2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
How To Make Frozen Yogurt Bark
This recipe is so easy you’ll wonder why you haven’t made it before.
Simply grab a baking sheet and cover it in parchment paper. Then spread the yogurt onto the parchment paper and sprinkle with sliced strawberries and mini chocolate chips. Use as many or as little strawberries and chocolate chips as you like! Freeze this delicious frozen treat for 3-4 hours or until solid. Remove from the freezer and cut or break the yogurt bark into smaller pieces and enjoy!
Storage And Variations
Make sure to store yogurt bark in a container in the freezer or it will defrost back into regular yogurt! It should last up to 1 month in the freezer, but let’s be honest, this recipe is so good your kids will eat it up in no time.
The variations for this tasty treat are endless. Try sliced bananas, swirls of peanut butter and melted chocolate drizzled on top. Or raspberries, blue berries, and granola for red, white, and blue yogurt bark. You can even use your favorite flavor of yogurt instead vanilla!

Swap vanilla yogurt for plain greek yogurt and a few teaspoons of honey and exchange the chocolate chips for cacao nibs. Frozen Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 32 oz container vanilla yogurt
- 1-2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt in an even layer on the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle sliced strawberries and mini chocolate chips all over the top of the yogurt. (as much or a little as you like)
- Freeze for 3-4 hours until frozen solid. Remove from the freezer and cut or break the frozen yogurt bark into smaller pieces. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer.
