How To Make This Color Sorting Activity For Toddlers
Grab an empty toilet paper roll and make different colored dots all over the tube. Then let your child match the dot sticker color to the marker dots on the toilet paper roll. That’s it!
As your child rotates the tube and peels the dot stickers, they are working on fine motor skills! And matching the dot stickers to the correct marker color enhances that all important color recognition skill they need for preschool!
Make sure to stay close to your toddler while they work on this color sorting activity. If they have any questions about the name of colors, you’ll be there to help. Plus, it’s always good to make sure they’re actually matching the colors correctly!
