Chocolate Chip Cookie Croissants

These viral Chocolate Chip Cookie Croissants are a must try! With flaky, toasted croissants on the outside and gooey, warm cookies on the inside, this recipe is sure to become an instant hit with the kids and adults in your life! And with only 2 ingredients this is one of the easiest desserts you'll ever make.

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Premade Croissants
  • Cookie Dough (30 oz tube)

Instructions

  • Cut each croissant is half and open like a sandwich.
  • Scoop 2-3 tablespoons of raw cookie dough on to the inside of each croissant. Press cookie dough firmly into croissant to flatten slightly. (Use 1-2 tablespoons of cookie dough for small/mini croissants.)
  • Close the croissant and top with an additional 1-2 tablespoons of cookie dough. Press cookie dough into top of croissant to flatten.
  • Place the cookie croissants on a parchment paper lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake at 350 °F for 12-16 minutes or until the cookie dough is golden brown and the croissant is toasted slightly. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before enjoying!

Notes

Storage Suggestions:
  • Store in an air tight container at room temperature for 2-3 days.
  • To freeze this recipe, wrap the cookie croissants in plastic wrap and place in a freezer ziplock bag to prevent freezer burn. Freeze for up to 3 months. 
  • To reheat this delicious recipe, thaw completely then microwave for 25-30 seconds until warm and gooey. You can also reheat in the oven or air fryer for 5 minutes at 350 degrees to keep the croissant crunchier and flakier!
